No two residents need exactly the same level of support. Golden Age provides personalized assistance based on each resident’s abilities, routines, preferences, and care needs. A resident may need only mobility support and help with daily activities, or may benefit from more comprehensive assistance throughout the day and night.

Care Begins With an Assessment

Before admission, we complete an assessment with the family and, whenever possible, the prospective resident. We discuss health history, mobility, daily routines, personal-care needs, dietary considerations, and the level of assistance required. This helps our team determine whether Golden Age is the right fit and allows us to prepare a personalized care plan.
